The direct services provided by the Greater Connecticut and Western Connecticut Chapters of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society include individual counseling and peer support, equipment loaning, respite care, transportation to transportation programs and medical appointments, and a variety of educational and physical activities for clients and families.

Community Health Charities of New England (CHC) is proud to introduce Recipes for Healthy Living. Our workplace giving theme for 2004 was so popularly accepted we decided to dedicate a page on our website for everyone to download healthy recipes that our sponsored by our member health agencies. Each recipe has a short statistic or health fact that links diet and exercise to healthy living, managing disease, and helping to ward off some diseases.
